With personalized meals, a fully individualized experience that takes into account your nervous system, and endless possibilities for customization including art, ecotherapy, dream work and more, this is ALL about YOU!

Our local acupuncturist Theresa Churchill from EOM Healing Center is available to come to cottage during your retreat, to further support the nervous system to integrate rest. You can read more about her here.

We work from your nervous system, not on a clock based schedule so that you can feel supported in learning how to listen inside yourself.

Travel Details

Sequim (pronounced Skwim) is North America’s Lavender Capital and home to the Jamestown S'Klallam Tribe.
Seattle International Airport (SEA) is the closest airport, and is about 2.5 hours drive from here.
