Come remind your body and your precious nervous system HOW to rest.

Cozy up with yourself, so you can dream new dreams, hear your inner voice and allow something new to emerge.

Personalized Residential Retreats:
Restorative & Rejuvenating

These retreats are a very special and limited offering, based on my capacity. They are an opportunity to be supported to rest
It is my belief that YOU are enough! No fixes needed!

It is also my understanding that a deep exhaustion assails us. When I re-teach myself to rest deeply, I experience the world with greater joy, more awareness, increased ease, demonstrable resilience, and effortless compassion for beings around me. This is an ongoing learning and unlearning process for me, and I share some of these possibilities with you, for your own exploration during your time here.
I am available to support you in learning to rest more deeply.

FAQs

  • Have you consistently been a high achiever in your life? Are you finding yourself exhausted or burnt out? Are you on leave from work, or considering a medical leave? Do you feel unsure how to step forward and bring forth your gifts into the world?

If this sounds like you, then this retreat has been co-created by a group of retreatants who identified with these questions, and have found that learning to REST, has been deeply transformative.

This retreat is not a substitute for psychotherapy, and is often a wonderful adjunct to your ongoing inner work. In this regard, I am happy to collaborate with your current therapist to see if this is a good fit for you

  • My personal and professional intersections have created a container that seems to best support BIPOC and immigrant women.
If this category feels too narrow, and the retreats feel appealing, please do not hesitate to reach out for a conversation.

  • Learning to rest while in crisis or overwhelm can add to overwhelm. It’s like trying to learn to swim when you got thrown into a stormy ocean. While in crisis, you deserve a much higher level of care and professional team based approach, and I sincerely wish you that.

Please call 988 or your local crisis hotline, find a therapist or healthcare practitioner whom you can work with and seek all the support you need to help you get through this difficult moment. There are residential facilities that can support you with inpatient or intensive outpatient therapeutic crisis support. Wishing you good support in your recovery and healing.

The retreats offered here are not intended to diagnose, evaluate, treat or cure anything! They are not crisis-oriented or a substitute for ongoing psychotherapy or medications.

  • Learning to Rest is also about setting aside out high expectations, and learning to listen to the quiet voice inside. Learning to Rest is about loving myself just the way I am, rather than because of what I’ve accomplished. Learning to rest is about finding connection with the web of life, so that I don’t feel so alone anymore. Learning to rest is about discovering a state of inter-being, rather than continuing the fatiguing route of disconnection.

When we wake up rested, the possibilities feel enlivening rather than daunting. Beyond that, you have free will to choose what emerges from the rest.

  • There is a principle of reciprocity and connection that creates ease. Sometimes, I use the words “ease” and “rest” interchangeably.

If you feel like this retreat speaks to you, we can discuss a reciprocal arrangement which is congruent for the community that is building through the restful retreats.

  • I do not practice any psychedelic assisted therapy or offer Ketamine or any other medications. Please reach out to specially trained psychotherapists and other practitioners who work with these plant based and chemistry based medicines. I hold great respect for all forms of healing and support you to choose whatever serves you best at a given moment in your ongoing journey of healing.

I request that you not bring any of these substances on your retreat as they can bring more stimulation in place of rest.
If you are seeking stimulation of your process, this may not be the right time for learning to rest.
